Design, implement, and maintain Okta:
• Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to ensure secure and efficient user authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with Major CIAM use cases Customization and Configuration:
• Customize Okta workflows and policies to meet specific business requirements.
• Configure Okta features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single SignOn (SSO), inline and offline webhooks, and Adaptive Authentication.
• Specialize in customizing JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure user authentication.
• Implement JWT-based solutions to enhance mobile app security.
Integration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Okta with other enterprise systems and third-party -applications.
• Implement and maintain connectors to enable smooth data flow between Okta and other platforms.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other standard authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with Mobile device Biometric authentication using custom and standard protocols such as WebAuthn
Security and Compliance:
• Ensure the security of identity and access management processes, adhering to industry best practices and –compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide advanced support for Okta-related issues, working closely with the Application teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration or configuration challenges that may arise.
