Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement F5 load balancer solutions, ensuring high availability performance, and security.
• Configure and manage F5 load balancer (LTM) appliances, including virtualservers, pools, monitors, and profiles as per requirements or UAT purposes.
• Design, configure, and deploy F5 ASM policies to protect applications from various security threats such as Parameter Tampering, SQL injection, and DoS attacks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to F5 ASM configuration, policy enforcement, and integration with other security products.
• Collaborate with security and application development teams to assess webapplication security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and implement countermeasure actions.
• Create iRules in F5 BIG IP devices, perform SSL updates on clients or server sideon BIG-IP devies.
• Create security policies to migrate attacks like DDOS and Botnt attacks on WAF (F5 ASM).
• Integrate WAF (F5 ASM) with VA scanning tools
• Perform SSL bridging and SSL offloading on F5 load balancer
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in configuring and managing F5 load balancers.
• Experience with F5 ASM and WAF.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with CISCO routers, switches and firewalls.
• AWS cloud expertise.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
